Grew up in the Savannah, in the largest cave on the hill. A territory that has been fought over for ages. Her father was deputy of the pride, second in command. He was mated with a leopard. It was ridiculed apon by all the pride mates. Upendi and her sister, May, were abused and scholded all their lives. Her father had killed their mother in a feirce and jealous rage, and had killed her sister as well. He was banished from the pride, and now Upendi lives in constant fear of her father, whom may attack at any moment... Pride Rules~ 1. Respect your pride mates. You must be kind to other members, no fighting the alphas. Their word is law of the pride. 2. Be loyal. You must be loyal to your pride, you must be a somewhat active player. You cannot be in two prides at once. 3. Pleease follow the color/species code. You can be any NATURAL species of big cat. Lions, tigers, leopards ect, NO DEMONS OR WOLVES PLEASE. But YOU MUST BE SOMEWHAT NATURAL. No hot pink or violet purple characters people. Nothing to outrageous. 4. Rouges can join. You can be born into the pride or you can join as a low member and work your way up. When you join the pride, you join as a rouge or a loner. 5. Respect your Healer. She/He may not fight as much or be classified as a fighter, but they are still part of the pride and have the duty of keeping you healthy. Please respect them and what they do. *6. Keep our secrets. You give away the exact location of our pride territory. You must be a loyal member and keep our secrets to our pride. NO ONE ELSE. 7. No text talk When chatting, sure. But if your role-playing please, no spelling mistakes or text talking. Example of bad roleplay: he sat at the ege of the rok. he lookd at the water. Hee let the kurrent calmn him. Good roleplay: He sat at the far side of the cave, gazing at the water below. He saw the light of the water's current dance in the darkness of the cave's walls. This light calmed him and gave him peace. 8. Have fun! Please don't come to the pride if your going to be a downer. If youplan on talking to your pride mates about your real life sob story, we don't want to hear it. This is a role playing site, not a vent. Play and be happy. -The golden rules-(what it all roles down to...) Treat others as you would like to be treated. Be kind and respectful to EVERYONE in the pride. Respect your elders. Be loyal. Do what you are told. (what the alphas tells you/deputy) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Duties~ Roles you must play if you are to be part of the pride. ~Deputy duty Deputies are second in command. They stop quarrels in the pride and keep the pride in line. They set up patrols around the territory and lead hunting parties. They watch the pride while the Alphas are absent. They inform Alphas of news and current events. Respect and love your Deputy, they are not Alpha, but still have a high seat in the pride. ~Healer duties Hunt many Dire hare and collect draw points to earn Cure. Heal and treat your pride. Help Mothers with their Cubs. Be kind and loving being. Select an aprentice that is suitible for a future Healer. Respect all members, and don't take any insults from others (You may be a Healer, but you can still fight.) Love and cherish you Healer, they are a very important member of the pride. ~Hunter duties Hunt prey and give items that are not wanted to others. Hunt in valley plains. Train apprentices in ReallyBig. Be kind to your fellow hunters. Defend your pride and your Alpha's The deputy is the lead hunter, respect them. Choose an apprentice that is suitable to be a Hunter.
